Guardians of clean water: united for safety, driven by ownership
The sound of flowing water is transforming life in Buhingu Village, perched along the shores of Lake Tanganyika in Tanzania’s Kigoma Region. For the first time, families here no longer fear what it takes to collect water, because clean, safe water now runs through their own taps.

Denmark and the Grundfos Foundation reconstructs Bucha’s water supply
In early spring of 2022, the Ukrainian city of Bucha was attacked by Russian forces. Since the liberation, the city has been fighting for recovery and reconstruction. Now, Danish funding of almost DKK 26 million from EIFO (Denmark's Export and Investment Fund) and the Grundfos Foundation makes it possible to rebuild the city's water supply.

Singapore and Denmark pioneer sustainable cooling for megacities, supported by US$9.4 million from Grundfos Foundation. This is the Grundfos Foundation’s largest individual research grant to date and the first to include a university outside Denmark.

29 Community Engagement Grants worth EUR 1.5 million are on their way to support local projects around the world where Grundfos employees engage in good causes. Employees in several European countries will be volunteering through initiatives by local United Way chapters.
