The Poul Due Jensen Foundation, owner of Grundfos, has found three new board members and its Board of Directors is thus complete

The three new members are:

Elsebeth Gerner Nielsen, 58, rector of Designskolen Kolding, prev. Minister of Culture and MP for the social-liberal party, Det Radikale Venstre. She is vice president of the Cumulus Association and vice chairman of Spar Nord Fonden. Previously, she has occupied a number of board positions within the enviromental sector (among others). Elsebeth Gerner Nielsen holds a Cand.rer.soc degree from Odense University.

Christian Schønau
, 52, Chief of Court of TRH The Crown Prince and The Crown Princess, Chamberlain. He also holds positions in a number of other foundation boards. Christian Schønau was previously the Permanent Secretary of several Danish ministries, e.g. the Ministry of Interior Affairs and Health, the Ministry of Welfare, and the Ministry of Social Affairs. Christian Schønau holds a Cand.Jur. degree from fra Aarhus University.  

Jens Maaløe, 63, is retiring from his position of CEO of Terma and currently occupies positions of trust in a number of business boards, such as Niras, NKT and Grundfos Holding A/S. He is also Chairman of the board of directors of the Danish Innovation Fund. Jens Maaløe holds a Cand.Polyt. degree from the Technical University of Denmark.
