Three talented students were honored at this year’s Grundfos Prize Student Awards for their new perspectives and curiosity during their internship or projects at Grundfos

​The Grundfos Prize Student Award winners for 2025 were celebrated at this year’s Grundfos Prize ceremony. It is part of the ceremony highlighting students who contributed with innovative ideas and efforts during their internships or projects at Grundfos.

“The Grundfos Prize Student Award is a “thank you” to the students who bring fresh ideas, energy, and curiosity into our organisation. Their contributions inspire our teams, help us grow, and strengthen our culture of innovation,” said Anne Grønbjerg, CHRO, Grundfos, at the award ceremony.

It recognizes outstanding students nominated by managers across three categories: Student Assistant, Student Intern, and Project Student/Group, with finalists from eight countries attending the event at the company headquarters. Each winner is awarded DKK 25,000.

This year, 39 students were nominated from eight countries: Denmark, India, Hungary, Mexico, China, USA, Serbia, and Germany. Each nominee brought something unique to the table and impressed the Nomination Committee with their skills, dedication, and drive.

The 2025 winners of the Grundfos Prize Student Awards are:

Student Assistant: Márton Papp (Hungary)

Márton Papp from Hungary was recognized for improving mechanical parts across multiple product ranges, resolving technical issues saving over 1,300 hours and 400,000 DKK, while enhancing product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Student Intern: Jeshwanth N L (India)

Jeshwanth N L from India developed a central shipment tracking system integrated with SAP, which improved operational efficiency, planning, and supplier collaboration by automating tracking and providing real-time visibility and alerts.

Student Project: Tanja Bülow (Denmark)

Tanja Bülow from Denmark documented upgrades to hydraulic systems through CytroPac installations, managing a retrofit project and demonstrating energy savings of 45-90% along with noise reduction, leading to improved working conditions.
